Precept Ministries UK was formally registered as a charity in 1998. Since then God has opened many doors for people in our nation to 'discover truth for themselves', using the Inductive Bible Study method. Our office in Salisbury, Wiltshire, supports many groups across England, Wales and English speaking Europe.
The heart of the ministry is to serve the local church by equipping, enabling and exhorting people to know God & be transformed into the likeness of Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit, by the study of His word. We have simple but highly effective tools to help people do this as inductive Bible study is 'For Everybody, Everywhere, Anytime, Anyplace, Any Language & Any Age'. We are excited about what God is doing across the UK & we love to 'go where the Lord is opening the doors'. Precept Ministries UK offers support to & training of individuals, groups and churches across the Christian denominations. Prayer is vital to the running of the ministry & we are blessed to have many dedicated prayer warriors who regularly intercede for the ministry.
We have very close links with Precept Ministries in Northern Ireland and are actively engaged in helping establish the new Scottish office.
Nigel and Molly Watts were appointed National Directors of Precept Ministries UK in October 2006. They have 3 boys and live in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

Precept and the Word of God
Precept Ministries makes your journey through the Bible one of real discovery and adventure. Precept Ministries International was founded over 35 years ago in Chattanooga, Tennessee by missionaries Jack and Kay Arthur. Chattanooga remains the international 'home' of Precept Ministries today and with its world-wide communications centre, television and radio studios and extensive training facilities, it is well placed to serve the ever increasing numbers of people who want to get deeper into the Word of God. Inductive Bible Study is now taught by Precept in 149 Countries around the world and our materials have been translated into 70 languages including Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, even Hebrew - everywhere where people have a hunger for the Word of God.
