Join a Precept UK Online Study
If you are interested in Precept’s Inductive study method and learning how you can engage more deeply with God through studying the Bible, we have the perfect opportunity for you. You are most welcome to join a group at any time and don’t have to wait until the beginning of a new study.
As many of you know the Precept UK head office is based in Salisbury, however it is such a blessing that there are many talented study group leaders across the nation that are always excited for new people to join them on a Precept Online Study. Study groups run by Precept UK are annotated with our logo. Similarly, all other groups are independent of the office and run separately to us – please note therefore, the group leader reserves the right to restrict those who join their group, and run it according to their own guidelines.
Young Adults’ Study (Age 16+)
God’s Redemption Story | Starting Monday 9th September, weekly (7:45-9:15pm)
This study traces the themes of creation, fall, redemption, and restoration throughout the Bible, exploring God’s work of redemption in the past, present and future. Whether you are learning about Jesus for the first time or have known Him for decades, this study will give you a closer look at how God, our ultimate Redeemer, is reconciling all things to Himself.

New Inductive Study Studies (NISS) (Level 2)
NISS: Finding Hope When Life Seems Dark (Micah) | 4 meetings, weekly starting Thursday 3 October 2024 (7.30-9pm)
With this study of five of the minor prophets – Hosea, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, and Zephaniah – you’ll discover the light of God’s truth shining in even the darkest circumstances. We’ll be studying the book of Micah. The NISS series is perfect for small groups and 1:1 discipleship and is a Level 2 Precept Study.
The cost of the course for joining online is £5.50 for the book plus P&P.

Reaching Men | NISS: Standing Firm In These Last Days (1&2 Thess) | 6 meetings, once a month starting Saturday 2 November 2024 (8.30-10.45am)*
Jesus is coming soon! Does that fill you with joy or fear – or a little of both? Do you wonder how you should order your life in light of His coming? First and Second Thessalonians will show you how to order your life in the light of Christ’s imminent return. The study is practical, applicable and transferrable. We’ll be studying the book of 1 Thessalonians in the New Inductive Study Series (NISS) book called “Standing Firm In These Last Days”. The NISS series is perfect for small groups and 1:1 discipleship and is a Level 2 Precept Study.
This will be a men’s group hybrid meeting so you are welcome to join us in person in the foyer at St Paul’s Church, Fisherton Street, Salisbury SP2 7QW, or via Zoom. If you attend in person, we meet for breakfast first.
The cost of the course for joining online is £5.50 for the book plus P&P. Those joining in person can collect a book in person on the day. There is a £2.50 charge for breakfast.

Precept Upon Precept (PUP) Studies (Level 5)
PUP Isaiah Part 1 | Thursday 5th September 2024 (Introduction), Thursday 12th September 2024 (Lesson 1), then fortnightly (3-4.30pm)
Isaiah is the crown jewel of Old Testament prophets, a book that strikes awe in the heart of its reader. Prophecies from Isaiah are mentioned in twenty-two places in the Gospels, Acts, and Romans. The words of Isaiah were often found on the lips of the Christ, the Messiah prophesied in Isaiah. Meet the Holy One of Israel, and learn how He deals with those who claim Him as God but don’t honour Him as God in the way that they live.

What is your purpose? God is always working in the affairs of His creation, even when we are unaware. This study shows us how Esther attained royalty to fulfil God’s purpose in her life and the lives of His people. Can God use you “for such a time as this”?

PUP Romans Part 3 | Tuesday 29th October 2024, then fortnightly (9.30-11am)
Find out with Romans Part 3 Precept Upon Precept how God doesn’t go back on His promises and He can always be trusted. Romans 9-11 is an extended discussion of the subject of God’s sovereignty – election, predestination, and responsibility – focusing on His choice of Israel and His faithfulness to His covenant.
