Thank you for your order which we hope has reached you in good condition. If there are any shortages in the order that you have not been notified of by the Office, or items that are damaged, please call us immediately to discuss this on 01722 770028. Your Invoice is either inside your package or in the ‘Documents Enclosed’ wallet on the front of your package.
30-DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED If, for some reason, you must return the items you ordered, please follow the guidelines listed below.
Before returning goods, please call the office to discuss the return – please have the Invoice number to hand – this can be found on the Invoice. The returns address is: Precept UK, Christian Centre, Dews Road, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP2 7SN.
Items returned in new and excellent condition will receive a full refund. Items which are sent out in new and excellent condition, which are subsequently returned damaged or marked, will not receive a full refund. Please do not return items which have been written in or where staples / shrink-wrap have been removed.
Items should be returned within 30 days of the Invoice date.
Unfortunately, a full refund cannot be given if the returned items are damaged in the post due to inadequate packing by the customer. A refund will be issued when the items have been received and they have been checked. Items cannot be swapped and any request for further resources will be treated as a new order.
When returning items, please follow these guidelines to prevent damage to them during shipment: Carefully package the items, ideally in the original packaging they were shipped in, or something similar. Stack the items flat so that they are secure in the box/packet and so that they will not shift or move around during shipment.
Please enclose in the package a copy of the original Invoice or a note with the Invoice number, your name and address and state the reason for the return.
If Precept UK are in error by shipping items other than those ordered, please call the Office on 01722 770028 and the appropriate action will be taken to correct the shipment.
