Your Invoice is either inside your package or in the ‘Documents Enclosed’ wallet on the front of your package.
30-DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED
If, for some reason, you must return the items you ordered, please follow the guidelines listed below.
2. Stack the items flat so that they are secure in the box/packet and so that they will not shift or move around during shipment.
If Precept UK are in error by shipping items other than those ordered, please call the Office on 01722 770028 and the appropriate action will be taken to correct the shipment.
If you have additional questions, please call our Office on 01722 770028 Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Alternatively, you can leave an answering machine message out-of-hours or if we are unable to talk to you during working hours when you call.
