Your Invoice is either inside your package or in the ‘Documents Enclosed’ wallet on the front of your package.
30-DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED
If, for some reason, you must return the items you ordered, please follow the guidelines listed below.
Unfortunately, a full refund cannot be given if the returned items are damaged in the post due to inadequate packing by the customer. A refund will be issued when the items have been received and they have been checked. Items cannot be swapped and any request for further resources will be treated as a new order.
When returning items, please follow these guidelines to prevent damage to them during shipment:
Should you change your mind having purchased a digital product, we will offer a full refund for downloadable digital products provided that the product has not been downloaded and it is within 7 days of the goods having been sent via the digital download platform used by Precept UK.
If Precept UK are in error by shipping items other than those ordered, please call the Office on 01722 770028 and the appropriate action will be taken to correct the shipment.
